heaven, hell and malmö: "final frontiers – malmö is already there"... for the sake and in the spirit of the new-born political movement in austria.

music for and from the housena-housena-housenation: welcome to mikaella.org in the plastique-élastique rabenwald of tomorrow.

umberto eco: "eternal fascism: 14 ways of looking at a blackshirt."

"[...] we must be ready to identify other kinds of newspeak*, even if they take the apparently innocent form of a popular talk show." * a term invented by orwell, in 1984, as the official language of what he called ingsoc, english socialism.

escher, gödel, bach, turing, chaitin.

latter is speaking today in vienna at the "millennium's tower", handelskai 94, 24th floor (a good opportunity to get there, high above vienna). chaitin is what i call a mathematician and explores randomness to rock the foundations of mathematics. i probably won't understand a word if i will make it there. but math rules, doesn't it?

"sie kommt nicht zu dir nur weil du es willst gib ihr einfach etwas zeit." mikron 64 (viva heavy rotation with best regards from console)

the micromusic tunes go charts!

good old laurent garnier (nice drawings, by the way): i am totally addicted to that man with the red face and his unreasonable behaviour!

austria is home of the most powerful right-wing party in europa as well as the origin of advanced technology spread all over the world: evis – "introducer of an innovative software architecture in the field of machine learning in symbolic form".

a rare example of using flash, instead of a will-o'-wisp in navigation design, rather as a really exciting visual technique of mathematical algorithms: "uncontrol is an interactive exercise that explores the themes of anthropomorphism and kinetics." (via langreiter).

plast is a cool interactive illusion by rainer mandl. rainer lives here (virtually written). mr moustache knows rainer longer than me and he has a nice and short description of rainer. rainer, rainer, rainer, be praised by lord tobeiner!

why is it that everyone is writing about rainer these days? does anyone know this strange feeling when a word is heard too often (e.g. by saying it to oneself all the time), it sounds weird, strange or like complete nonsense? i mean, rainer – does this make sense in english anyway? a clue: "the weather might get rainier but with rainer it's sunshiner". hey rainer, just kiddin'! your name is good for rhymer.

with my improved communication skills, i consider uboot more interesting than i ever thought i would do... trouble is, that right now i am sending and receiving mail on three different machines already. with my pocket phone here comes another messaging device. so, why can't i store all those messages. addresses, numbers and whatever data on a single location (ie. a server) being able to retrieve them with any of those devices from almost anywhere?

anyway, pocket phone manufacturer's still do not use the infrared options of their products smart enough. i certainly would drop the term "phone" immediately, if i could adjust the volume of my stereo or switch the programs of my tv with it. not to write of shaving my ever-growing beard, measuring temperature (oral, you fool!) or electrocuting intrusive fans...
