"we are not online to make money, we are online to spend money. we are providing utility." – bob eggington, via motz.

now i understand why the one-headed pyra does not care very well about its blogger api at the moment: bloody advertising is much more important... ok, ok, like this it's not that bloody anymore. but for me advertising remains a pain in the ass, no matter how tiny it might be (and we are not talking about microcosmic dimensions, do we?).

toool.de – "schnell finden statt lange suchen!" hmm, it might sound masochistic but i like to search...

museum of non-primate art might be a little bit exaggerated. but certainly it's fun to see that cats can dance and paint and even birds, uhm, can do some cool shit, too (both sites via textlab.de).

blanu.net: "i was making my slides with svg because every conference i make my sliders with a new non-powerpoint technology in order to demonstrate that people have options when it comes to such things. [...] i was trying to make a point" – a "power" point!

yesterday: "die nation, die sich nicht traut". today: 0-5. tomorrow: erase and rewind (because orf on does not archive).

pshaw, that sports can be funny, too, is proven by mister x.

here they are, the pool party pictures.

the part i like most in meg hourihan's resumé: "pie maker. made over 250 pies every morning, including apple, strawberry-rhubarb, blackberry, wild blueberry, chicken, and clam. also made cole slaw and potato salad. and did lots of dishes. lots."
