orf on futurezone interview with jakob nielsen (part i).
françoise & françois: the movie "gouttes d'eau sur pierres brûlantes" is a mise-en-scène of rainer werner fassbinder's play "tropfen auf heiße steine" directed by françois ozon. the most remarkable piece of music from the soundtrack (which is not available at the record stores as far as i know) is françoise hardy singing "träume" in german. madame hardy also has a very beautiful flash site.
play senso* with gabi's feet. a fat link in return from the schockwellenreiter.
for those who need a wonderful little present for wonderful (little) people: get hertha hurnaus picture booklet "ein mensch und eine fliege in einem raum" to see tex rubinowitz in laconic poses and read even more laconic japanese haiku. r. linklater...
or order the first micromusic / domizil release including some of the finest and funkiest microtracks of the last millennium.
hans_heinz aka sven who is currently blogging at euroranch (party tonight!) also makes beautiful websites: koselicka landschaftsplanerinnen meets my approval. especially the intro.
jakob nielsen: "99% of flash is bad. BAD! BAAAAAAAD!" (via robot wisdom).
just after their really wicked cassandra fax project the hardest-working men in web fizzness release their mashica nocamping game. nowash, nowork, nocamping the geist that still denies (and that's alright).

scary, scary: some people messed around in my anonymous ftp inbox. i once installed this for people who wanted to drop some data for me (i do not like e-mail attachments so much). however, the last six months i did not care about the inbox or my ftp logs. so today i discovered a bunch of strange files inside: aborted mp3's, strange default pages, cryptic errorlogs and a picture of jennifer o'neill (whoever that is). hannes immediately had the idea to provide a web service that stores files for free on many of such free ftp servers. see? trust nobody, not even your best mates ;)
