upgraded the p3k.org server to ubuntu 11.10 and ran into two nasty problems with dovecot 2.0:
- sasl authentication did not work anymore
- invalid option error when receiving mail

in related events, i partially watched christoph roehl’s documentary “wir sind nicht die einzigen” about the child abuse scandal at the german odenwaldschule.
it left marks in my soul and the firm conviction that there is a pattern here: progressive humanism in disguise – whether you might think you’re good or bad, you might be ugly, anyway.
disappointing to read names of people in this regard who i believed – only from a shallow point of view, i admit – to have some integrity, like weizsäcker and dönhoff, but in the end they also just belonged to a protestant mafia helping to cover up a system of pedophile crime.
