robotwisdom: "william blake's (prophetic) portrait of your weblog-editor".

great posting about "usability creationism" at camp catatonia: "[...] everywhere you look you can see clear evidence of the handiwork of a creator. even bananas are given as evidence of this: convenient for handling, with a tab for wrapper-removal, a pleasing taste, and an obvious skin-blackening sell-by-date mechanism. by contrast, most scientists believe the cosmos is random and unpredictable".

and these morons are spreading even more!

metameta: edu-blogs is "a resource collecting literature on webjournaling". found via textlab.

oooh, wicked! chris langreiter found a rebol package for dynamically creating shockwave flash.

"google is pleased to introduce google compute, a new feature for the google toolbar. by turning on this feature, you allow your computer to work on complex scientific problems when it would otherwise be idle. the work it does is automatically sent via the internet to researchers who combine it with information sent by thousands of other users."

i knew that someone already must have had the idea of a striptease pizza delivery... i would love it given that the pizza meets my high standards of delicacy.

btw. halfbakery is quite a discovery: maybe this is where my ideas should go in the future?

music was my first love.

dada's exotiquarium is a wonderful site full of exquisite resources about exotic music and full of "aria" (my clumsy trial to illustrate all these "-arium" sections).

got to the site while searching for the name of a song by a band called "commercial breakup" that contains this amazing hommage to hot butter's "popcorn" i heard at ramien club a few days ago.

the site did not contain what i was looking for, however somehow i found the song at audiogalaxy: "little bear (dj dsl remix)". currently in heavy rotation here.
