my three wishes for the blogtalk conference:

1. there will be more writers and/or publishers than engineers or theorists. first in the audience, later amongst the bloggers, too. blogging is about publishing. in the beginning there was the word.
2. the weblog myth will be deconstructed. it has to die if it should live on. a private homepage ain't a weblog. and some weblogs are private homepages. nothing more (or less) than making necessary distinctions to amplify quality, not ideology.
3. people begin to take this weblog thang seriously – rather than themselves. and forget about the money question. and the copyright. and all their other excuses.
