nicki of alo fame aka "the cat who got a burn from a candle which looks like the shape of a rauchzipfel" (the burn, not the candle) dies yesterday after enduring illness.

it's very sad for my parents who always enjoyed the warmth and charme nicki was able to give despite her horrible past in an experimental animal laboratory.

and i surely will miss her the next time i visit them.
