btw. recently, i took a closer look at wordpress and movabletype – and was a little bit surprised by the lack of comfort or ease of use.

it's true they both provide what i'd call the latest features. but obviously, nobody thought a lot about improving the very task of publishing at its basics.

(in this regard i still think antville was and is way ahead of the time.)

as blogger now exercises what still can be done in this field they hopefully raise the bar of further streamlining the publishing process.
