Sometimes I wonder what the social shift might be that will render me an outcast (like people who will never get used to mobile phones or those who cannot cope with gender diversities).

Most likely, in the end I won't really notice this shift (probably due to Alzheimer or whatever makes my mind going foggy).

However, from today's point of view I hardly can imagine to get along with these virtual societies like Second Life et al.

Apart from the fascinating fact that virtual reality now really (and pretty different from the prophecies) is shaking some dust, I am curious if I will ever join in there. For now I still keep it with Lotus Weizenbaum.
