reconnected, too: i am writing this at home on the new schneewice-book. ie. chello already changed the mac address in my account settings.

in a very egocentric sense, this was a very good day. i bought a logitech usb mouse, my first (and hopefully last) dvd-rom, the maltese falcon, and a package of recordable cds. the 256 megs additional memory are ready to be fetched from the store, too. but it was too late to get there before closing.

(shhh, we have to be very silent because the ibook hardly makes any noise. compared to the old wallstreet powerbook i finally can hear the traffic down at gumpendorfer strasse again!)
