tip of the day: if you should have problems with your chello connection (or invoice or whatever), don't call the official support hotline (01) 960 60 333 but rather the "new clients bait" number 0800 700 767. latter one is for free and you get connected to wherever you want to. it's even faster sometimes, but most likely it won't avoid from hanging in the loop with the ususal automatic announcements or chello's accounting system being crashed.
