kinko.me looks like a very promising, different approach to e-mail encryption: instead of cumbersome configuration of your mailer program with extra software you simply add a piece of hardware to your Internet connection – which does all the rest for you.

Unfortunately, the crowd-funding campaign did not seem to take off so far…
