guess what? i like the latest rosebud magazine! no, not that one – this rosebud magazine from germany, the issue called "blindtext". well, what does germany mean in this context, anyway? but i disgress.
i like the latest rosebud magazine because it is easy to like it when it makes yourself being represented in an international art context. it's always cool to be represented because that's what we are all here for, blogging day and night, groundworking social contacts. representation pays the judas in us. but i disgress again.
1022 days, 19 hours and 8 minutes ago, i did not like rosebud magazine very much. not to say not at all. but this has changed since i have seen the "blindtext" issue. it is good, it is wonderful. because it is very far away from modern electronic communication technology. it's a book full of pages containing images, dummy(?) texts and vacant space.
that's why i like the latest rosebud magazine. because it's fun to touch, weigh, read and look. or to throw with after somebody. and because of the tiny little add-on, that pixie-bookish extra, that book-in-the-book by(?) joseph von westphalen (who i liked to read when i was 15).
and, certainly, i do also like the latest rosebud magazine because it features mashica's fax project which p3k contributed a simple piece of work to.

who needs a new advent calendar for this year, anyway? well, probably those who already know the gorgeous ones of the last three years handicrafted by sensomatic.
for 20 december 1999 i contributed a "4track beepbox", a tiny drum machine using apple's platinum sounds (but first you have to find the pieces for the big number "20" on the red empty area with your mouse pointer).

elephäntville: sputnix 0.1b for mac os x – audiogalaxy is back in the house. works fine for one download at a time.

my, oh my. suse linux is pretty dumb. too dumb to correctly install php as additional apache module. instead they try to load ssl which is not available. they need yast3 or something else. however, who needs php anyway? well, still for some time i do. fortunately i was able to configure httpd.conf manually. but it took too much time. so i could not finish set-up and still need to run everything the old way (ie. winnt mode). darn.
