since two days my parents connect to the internet via dsl. it's amazing how fast it is. i really have to compare this to what i get from chello for the money.
very nice, btw: mac os x comes with built-in pppoe (point-to-point protocol over ethernet) support. the bad news however are that there is no way to establish a serial printer connection with os x.
i think mac os x is far easier to handle for my parents than classic 9.2 (not to mention windows at all). and appleworks is better than microsoft office. this lousy "letter assistant" just made a huge mess. unbelievable.
