while i am trying to find ways formatting a date's timezone according to w3c, dave winer is desperately waiting for the world to give names to each timezone. kind of antipodes, that's what we are.
although i generally consider the online presence of vienna's city magazine falter as lame, i somehow like how it is growing week by week. organic growth, that's what it is.
