i don't think it was the first time that i summarized the idea of tracking one's comments at a centralized spot... nevertheless, we had to wait for web 2.0 and cocomment to realize it.
"This special beta test lets you give Gmail, Google's webmail service, to every user at your domain. Gmail for your domain is hosted by Google, so there's no hardware or software for you to install or maintain."
get ready for newsvine.
still waiting for the story to be told.
how should i be delighted by the latest belle and sebastian release with so much crappy thingies on their site? (I'd prefer "make ringtones history", anyway.)
btw. the fun thing is to watch the status of a musical product according to which one of the main austrian radio stations it is featured by. b&s started off at fm4 (afaik) and now went over to oe1. let's see if fm4 will still play them. i doubt they will, as another example shows: "wir sind helden" were introduced by fm4 and then abandoned as soon as ö3 begun to play their songs. poor tiny little cue balls of market taste and/or heavy rotation!
coïncidences, coïncidences!

it was a time when there was a need to discuss the mantra of linking. and, coïncidently*, this time is now again. (hopefully, there will be more realisation emerge from it.)
but look, i like it better with trema. so why make it easier, anyway?
*or as thursday next's father would say: "it would be much more remarkable if there weren't any coïncidences". (and here we are, footnotes are hyperlinks.)
